A meeting with nature: Bzzzz.... they're foraging!

Ungersheim

13/04/2025

On this guided tour through the natural areas of the Écomusée d'Alsace, meet insect foragers!

Insects play a crucial role in the pollination and reproduction of flowers: their relationship is therefore decisive for biodiversity. Honey bees, wild bees, wasps, beetles, butterflies, flies... Observe and learn to identify these precious auxiliaries, attracted by the nectar and pollen of flowers. Thanks to the guild of volunteer beekeepers, the Écomusée d'Alsace maintains privileged areas for bees and produces various handcrafted honey.
